David Wolkenhauer
David founded Planned in Environments in 1999. He has been involved in community and commercial landscape construction for more than 30 years. David is certified in Landscape Construction, Irrigation, and Maintenance by the C.L.C.A. David’s vast depth of experience includes technical and instrumental roles in residential, commercial, recreation and community-based properties such as Oakland A’s field at the Oakland Coliseum, Six Flags Discovery Kingdom, Justin Herman Plaza in San Francisco, and the installation of the golf course at Wente Winery.
David loves what he does. He has an intuitive sensibility that provides boundless idea generation in both the design stage and implementation of projects. This thinking brings about unique outdoor retreats that are true manifestations of the vision of his clients. David is warm and genuinely interested in people. He is service oriented easily able to understand his client’s needs. David is a natural leader.
